Abby Chewing Her Rope...

Here is Abby doing what she does best; chewing her rope!

Don't Take Our Picture...

Neither Zack or Laura-Kate wanted me to take their picture with Abby. Can you tell?

Meet Abby!

Abby is the latest addition to the Bohlmann family. We suprised Zack and Laura-kate Friday night by taking them to Georgetown and letting them pick out a puppy. Isn't she a beauty?

Oh Boy!

Zack's number was called out for a raffle prize. He won a brand new fishing pole and tackle. Can you tell how excited he was?

Gold Medal

Zack just received his gold medal for catching his fish in the rodeo!

Close Up!

Here is a close up of Zack's catch!

I Got One!

Finally! Zack is very proud of his catch! His waiting paid off!

Patiently Waiting...

Zack fished in a fishing rodeo Saturday with his dad for Father's Day. Zack is patiently waiting for a bite!

I snapped this picture of Aunt Cecilia before she had a chance to snap hers!

Family

Aunt Cecilia and Uncle Billy were in town visiting from Kentucky. Here is Grandma Mason and Uncle Billy relaxing while we are preparing dinner! I'm not sure what they are laughing at?

Our Trip to Mt. Pisgah

We had so much fun on our camping trip to Mt. Pisgah. None of us were ready to come back. There were just too many things left unexplored. We left Laura-Kate with Nana and Grandpa. She let us know when we got back that she was going camping with us the next time in a "pink" tent! We are already planning to return this fall (minus the pink tent)! This was the most relaxing vacation that I have been on in years and the scenery was by far the most beautiful.

Tablerock

Tablerock State Park

This is a view of the lake at Tablerock State Park.

The Devil's Kitchen

We stopped at Ceasar's Head on our way home. Zack and David decided to go through the Devil's Kitchen. It was a little creepy to me!

Zack on the Logging Train

Zack loved ringing the bell on the old Vanderbilt logging train. We had to hike a mile just to get to this train! This was at the Cradle of Forestry Center which is a discovery museum about George Vanderbilt's first school of forestry.

Sliding Rock

This was by far Zack's favorite waterfall. We had a great time watching all those crazy people sliding down into the 50-degree water.

Moore's Cove Falls

Zack really liked this waterfall because you could walk behind it. He walked 2 miles round trip to see this!

Family Pose

Me, David & Zack taking a break before our next hike.

Looking Glass Falls

This is one of the many waterfalls we hiked to on Saturday. The beauty of it nearly took my breath away.

Zack having Dinner

Zack is sitting around the campfire enjoying his first meal of our trip... Hot Dogs!

Our Camp Site

This is a picture taken of our campsite the first night that we arrived in Mt. Pisgah.

First Sign Entering the Campground!!

Zack getting his Badge

After the "swearing in," the Park Ranger pinned on Zack's Junior Ranger badge. He is very proud.

Zack at his "Swearing In"

Zack earned his badge as a "Junior Ranger" during our camping trip to Mt. Pisgah. Here he is at the official "swearing in!"

Zack & Ms. Gagnon

These two hit it off right from the start. Ms. Gagnon is Mrs. Ward's fulltime assistant. Zack is really going to miss her.

Zack & Mrs. Ward

Zack is getting one last hug from his teacher, Mrs. Ward.

Last Day of School

Zack leads his class in for the last time this year, wearing his "homemade" graduation cap.
